Резюме. Визначено поняття якості та безпеки надання медичної допомоги новонародженим. Проаналізовано індикатори якості, що стосуються неонатальної служби. Надано сучасну класифікацію медичних помилок у неонатальній інтенсивній терапії. Висвітлено стратегії з удосконалення якості та безпеки надання медичної допомоги новонародженим.

 

Ключові слова: якість, безпека, індикатори, медичні помилки, новонароджені.
