Кесарів розтин: віддалені наслідки — «ніші» післяопераційного рубця

У зв’язку з невпинним зростанням оперативних пологів, перед практичними лікарями та науковцями постає питання про безпечність кесаревого розтину. Крім того, не до кінця вивчений його подальший вплив на якість життя, фертильність та менструальну функцію жінки. У статті проаналізовано дані літератури про одне з можливих ускладнень кесаревого розтину, яке стосується післяопераційних рубців, — так звані «ніші». З метою розробки превентивних стратегій та визначення найбільш ефективних методик лікування важливо з'ясувати етіологію розвитку ніші після кесаревого розтину.
