Інтенсивна консервативна терапія та хірургічне лікування дітей із синдромом короткої кишки (огляд літератури)

Синдром короткої кишки (СКК), який виникає у дітей після резекції значної частини тонкої кишки, є основним чинником розвитку кишкової недостатності та зумовлює широкий спектр проблем у післяопераційному лікуванні цих пацієнтів. Інтенсивна консервативна терапія, яка включає повне парентеральне харчування та медикаментозне лікування, є важливим компонентом післяопераційного лікування дітей із СКК. Ця патологія вимагає мультидисциплінарного підходу, а хірургічні втручання допомогають досягти автономності кишечника.

Ключові слова: діти, синдром короткої кишки, інтенсивна терапія, хірургічне лікування.
