Фекальна бактеріотерапія як новий метод лікування в педіатричній практиці

Фекальна бактеріотерапія за останнє десятиріччя набуває все ширшого застосування в лікуванні захворювань шлунково-кишкового тракту. «Трансплантація» нормальної мікрофлори кишечника пацієнтам із запальними захворюванням ШКТ зарекомендувала себе як простий та безпечний метод терапії, що не вимагає фармацевтичного навантаження на організм хворого. Фекальна бактеріотерапія позбавлена багатьох побічних ефектів, які притаманні антибактеріальним та імуносупресивним препаратам, і є перспективним методом лікування у педіатричній практиці. 

Ключові слова: трансплантація фекальної мікробіоти, фекальна бактеріотерапія, Cl. difficile, ВЗК, педіатрія.
