Фармакологічні ефекти і молекулярні механізми дії лікувального фітопрепарату на основі Vitex agnus-castus

Дисгормональні дисплазії молочних залоз – найчастіша патологія, з якою стикаються практикуючі лікарі. Інтерес клініцистів до даних процесів пов’язаний із кількома обставинами. З одного боку, ефективне лікування, яке купірує симптоми, гарантує якість життя. З іншого боку, мастопатія – фактор ризику розвитку у подальшому злоякісної пухлини. Тому своєчасна корекція дисплазії може розглядатися як варіант первинної профілактики раку молочних залоз. Вибір адекватної тактики ведення таких пацієнтів із різноманіття наявних лікарських форм – запорука успіху лікування.

Стаття присвячена розгляду основних молекулярних механізмів дії, які реалізуються при використанні препарату Мастодинон®.
