Ефективність гепатопротекторної терапії засобом «Бетаргін» при застосуванні у дітей з неалкогольною жировою хворобою печінки

Статтю присвячено проблемі профілактики розвитку неалкогольної жирової хвороби печінки (НАЖБП) у дітей з ожирінням за аліментарно-конституційним типом. Метою роботи було вивчення ефективності та безпеки використання бетаїн-аргінінового комплексу «Бетаргін» для нормалізації основних метаболічних процесів вуглеводного і жирового обміну у дітей з ожирінням з метою профілактики розвитку і прогресування стеатогепатозу. Під спостереженням знаходилися 70 дітей з надлишковою масою тіла. Проведено повний спектр клінічних, лабораторних та інструментальних досліджень, що дозволяють діагностувати НАЖБП на ранніх стадіях розвитку. Дітям з надлишковою масою тіла з метою профілактики розвитку НАЖБП у терапію включений засіб «Бетаргін». Ефективність дії препарату встановлена на підставі клінічних, лабораторних та інструментальних досліджень, проведених після завершення терапії.
