Доцільність та необхідність застосування вітамінно-мінерального комплексу під час вагітності

У статті наведено сучасні дані щодо потреб вагітної та плода у вітамінах та мікроелементах і доцільності та необхідності застосування вітамінно-мінеральних комплексів як супровідних медикаментозних засобів. Представлено інформацію про оптимальні дози вітамінних та мінеральних добавок та рекомендовані терміни їхнього використання.

Ключові слова: вагітність, прегравідарна підготовка, вітамінно-мінеральні комплекси, фолієва кислота, залізо, вітаміни D,С, А, вади нервової трубки плода.
