Безпека застосування препарату Канефрон® Н у терапії інфекцій сечостатевих шляхів у період І триместра вагітності

Безпека застосування препарату Канефрон® Н у терапії інфекцій сечостатевих шляхів у період І триместра вагітності

Інфекції сечових шляхів (ІСШ) входять до числа найбільш частих бактеріальних інфекцій, особливо під час вагітності. Канефрон® Н (Біонорика СЕ, Німеччина) є фітопрепаратом, що комплексно діє на сечовидільну систему, в тому числі має сечогінну, спазмолітичну, протизапальну, антибактеріальну і нефропротекторну дію. 
 

Мета дослідження: оцінка безпеки застосування препарату Канефрон® Н в період І триместра вагітності в терапії ІМП. 
 

Матеріали та методи. Це було ретроспективне багатоцентрове дослідження, в якому оцінювали ефекти Канефрону Н у 384 жінок, які вживали даний рослинний препарат під час І триместра вагітності (в період з 2004 по 2009 рік) і вагітності яких завершилися народженням живої дитини. Кінцевими точками оцінювання в цьому дослідженні була наявність вроджених дефектів розвитку у новонароджених. 
 

Результати. Не виявлені достовірні відмінності частоти вроджених дефектів розвитку у новонароджених, матері яких приймали Канефрон® Н в І триместрі вагітності, порівняно з національними статистичними даними популяції в м. Києві за той же період. Більшість новонароджених (> 65%), матері яких отримували

Канефрон® Н в І триместрі вагітності, мали оцінку за шкалою Апгар 8 балів і більше, що свідчить про відмінний профіль безпеки. 
 

Заключення. Результати нашого дослідження свідчать про те, що застосування Канефрону Н в І триместрі вагітності не було асоційоване з будь-якими тератогенними, ембріотоксичними або фетотоксичними впливами на плід.
