Типичные и атипичные формы болезни кошачей царапины.

Резюме. Болезнь кошачей царапины возникает в результате инфицирования грамнегативной палочкой Bartonella henselae. Трансмисия возбудителя к человеку происходит при укусах и царапинах котов за несколько недель до начала болезни. Большинство случав заболевания характеризуется локализованной лимфаденопатией, лихорадкой. У некоторых больных розвиваются атипичные формы инфекции с поражением висцеральных органов, глаз, нервной системы. Серологические методы диагностики наиболее информативны для подтверждения инфекции, вызванной Bartonella henselae. Антибактериальная терапия эффективна в лечении болезни кошачей царапины.
