Легочная гипертензия (ЛГ) – один из наиболее опасных пороков сердца у беременных.

ЛГ возникает в результате ограниченного кровотока через легочную артериальную циркуляцию, которая приводит к увеличению легочного сосудистого сопротивления и в конечном счете к правожелудочковой сердечной недостаточности.

Частота гибели пациенток с гипертензией малого круга кровообращения во время беременности и сразу после родов очень высока. В данной статье представлен международный опыт ведения пациенток с ЛГ во время беременности, родов и в послеродовой период.

На основании многочисленных публикаций пациенткам с ЛГ рекомендуется стерилизация или обеспечение надежной контрацепции, а в случае наступления беременности – ее прерывание. Пациентка должна наблюдаться в специализированном центре командой врачей-профессионалов в случае отказа от прерывания беременности.
