Современные взгляды на диагностику острой ревматической лихорадки согласно пересмотру критериев Джонса 2015 года

В статье рассматриваются вопросы диагностики острой ревматической лихорадки согласно пересмотру критериев Джонса 2015 года. Экспертами выделены большие и малые критерии для групп населения с низким риском и умеренным и высоким риском развития острой ревматической лихорадки. Особое значение придается диагностике субклинического кардита, который при пересмотре 2015 года отнесен к большим критериям. Выделенные экспертами четкие допплерографические и морфологические критерии ревматического кардита позволят проводить своевременную диагностику и избежать случаев как випер-, так и гиподиагностики.
