Систематический анализ состава и механизмов молекулярного воздействия стандартизированных экстрактов Vitex Agnus-castus

Экстракты Vitex Agnus-castus применяются для регуляции менструального цикла, в терапии синдрома предменструального напряжения, лечения гиперпролактинемии и бесплодия. Метаболомные анализы показали наличие в экстрактах таких соединений, как витексин, ротундифуран, кастицин, артеметин и ряда фитоэстрогенов. Компоненты экстрактов характеризуются противовоспалительным, антипролиферативным, антиоксидантным, противомикробным (в частности, противогрибковым), вазопротекторным и обезболивающим действием. Описаны роли компонентов экстрактов в модуляции опиоидных и дофаминовых рецепторов. В статье также рассмотрены эстроген-модулируюшие и антигиперпролактиновые свойства экстрактов витекса.
