Синдром Рубинштейна—Тейби в педиатрической неврологии

Синдром Рубинштейна—Тейби в педиатрической неврологии

Резюме. Приведены основные сведения о редкой врожденной мультисистемной генетической патологии, обязательным компонентом которой является тяжелое поражение центральной нервной системы и прогрессирующий характер умственной отсталости, — синдром Рубинштейна— Тейби. Рассмотрены современные клинико-диагностические, неврологические и генетические аспекты данного синдрома. Описан клинический случай пациентки с этой патологией, проходившей обследование и лечение в клинике детской психоневрологии ГУ «ИПАГ НАМН Украины».
