Роль микробиома в формировании здоровья ребенка (обзор литературы)

Обзор посвящен изучению связи микробиома с физиологическими и патологическими процессами, протекающими при развитии организма ребенка. Приведены современные данные, касающиеся становления микробиома у детей, начиная с внутриутробного развития плода, а также микробиомных изменений, протекающих в процессе онтогенеза. Дана характеристика состава и функциональной активности микробиоты у детей раннего возраста. Описано влияние измененного микробиома на развитие заболеваний детского возраста. Проведен анализ результатов исследований, касающихся целесообразности использования отдельных средств оздоровления микробиома при разной форме детской патологии.
Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов.
