В данной статье на основании литературных данных проанализирована ключевая роль провоспалительных и противовоспалительных цитокинов в развитии иммунного ответа при пневмонии, вызванной Klebsiella pneumoniae. Описаны сигнальные пути, индуцирующие продукцию интерферонов І и ІІ типа, участвующие в элиминации Klebsiella pneumoniae.
Ключевые слова: пневмония, Klebsiella pneumoniae, цитокины, интерфероны І и ІІ типа.
