Полуколичественный способ визуальной оценки объема послеродовой кровопотери

Метод визуальной оценки объёма послеродовой кровопотери является наиболее часто используемым в мировой клинической практике. Традиционно визуальную оценку используют как количественный способ, т.е. пытаются определить объем кровопотери в миллилитрах. Проведенное исследование демонстрирует низкую чувствительность количественного способа та большую недооценку для объемов крови Ј300 мл. Предложенный новый полуколичественный метод основывается на данных чувствительности визуальной оценки, избавляет врача от необходимости угадывать объем кровопотери в миллилитрах, а также демонстрирует большую частоту правильной оценки в сравнении с количественным способом. Обучение медицинского персонала достоверно улучшает правильность визуальной оценки полуколичественным способом.
