Плацентарный синдром как вероятный фактор риска развития преэклампсии (Обзор литературы)

В обзоре современных исследований обобщены данные последних лет, в которых освещены вопросы, связанные с изучением патогенеза развития преэклампсии на основании теории нарушения плацентации. Рассмотрена модель плацентарной преэклампсии и факторов, которые изменяются еще до развития ее клинических проявлений. Уделено внимание анализу возможного сочетания плацентарных факторов, имеющих важное значение в предотвращении болезни, с точки зрения прогностической ценности.

Ключевые слова: преэклампсия, плацентарная дисфункция, биохимические маркеры, плацентарная масса.
