В статье описывается редкий по локализации и гистопатологической картине клинический случай подтвержденной первичной В-клеточной лимфомы пищевода, неклассифицированной, с промежуточными характеристиками между диффузной В-крупноклеточной лимфомой и классической лимфомой Ходжкина у 14-летнего пациента с синдромом Дауна. Рассматриваются ее эндоскопические и радиологические особенности.
