Особенности железодефицитных состояний у беременных с системной красной волчанкой

Особенности железодефицитных состояний у беременных с системной красной волчанкой

В статье описаны особенности железодефицитных состояний у беременных с системной красной волчанкой. Железодефицитная анемия у беременных с системной красной волчанкой является пусковым механизмом развития осложнений течения беременности и возникновения негативных исходов, что определяет необходимость адекватной коррекции железодефицитной анемии препаратами железа с учетом основного аутоимунного заболевания. В качестве антианемической терапии нами предложен препарат Сорбифер Дурулес.
