Лейомиосаркома матки – принципы диагностики и лечения

В статье приведены данные о морфологических особенностях лейомиосаркомы матки; рассмотрены клиника, диагностика, хирургическое лечение с учетом возраста пациентки, адъювантная лучевая и химиотерапия, дальнейшее наблюдение.
