Клинический подход к методу родоразрешения после операции кесарева сечения в практике врача

В статье представлены вагинальные роды после кесарева сечения (VBAС), которые становятся все более распространенными. В литературе активно обсуждается данные зарубежной и отечественной литературы, которые свидетельствуют о том, что роды у пациенток с рубцом на матке после кесарева сечения возможны и предпочтительны.

Отражены современные тенденции выбора метода родоразрешения у пациенток с предыдущим кесаревым сечением, которые являются реальной перспективой снижения роста абдоминальной хирургической коррекции.
