Приведен обзор литературы по поводу современных взглядов о беременности на фоне вирусного гепатита С (HCV), относительно последних достижений в изучении взаимовлияния инфекции и течения беременности. Для ведения вирусного гепатита С во время беременности необходимо оценить риск его передачи ребенку, определить возраст гестации на момент заражения и риск декомпенсации матери, а также знать о побочных эффектах противовирусных препаратов.
Цель — проанализировать новые данные литературы разных стран для определения основной проблемы ведения беременных с гепатитом С.
Результаты и выводы. Ученые разных стран в исследованиях сходятся во мнении о возможности появления осложнений в течение беременности на фоне заболевания гепатитом С, появляется новая информация о патогенезе повреждения плаценты, плода. При этом имеющиеся эффективные широко распространенные методы лечения абсолютно противопоказаны для беременных, для кормящих грудью, а также для женщин, планирующих беременность в последующие 12 месяцев. Именно поэтому проблему гепатита С в современном мире необходимо продолжать исследовать. Важной задачей остается увеличение проведения скринингов для групп риска, увеличение процента выявленных больных женщин и введение активного превентивного лечения женщин, планирующих беременность.
