Современный взгляд на профилактику акушерских и перинатальных осложнений у беременных с аллогенным плодом

Широкое использование вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий обязано стремительному развитию биомедицинской науки. Однако прогресс сталкивается с непрерывным ухудшением репродуктивного здоровья населения, поэтому дефицит знаний на сегодняшний день относительно теоретических и практических аспектов остается значительным. Несмотря на усовершенствование методик манипуляции с донорскими ооцитами и имеющиеся значительные успехи касательно акушерских и перинатальных последствий в случаях беременности с полностью аллогенным плодом, невыясненными остаются реальные фактические данные о частоте возникновения осложнений течения беременности, родов и послеродового периода у данной категории пациенток.
Цель — проанализировать данные по акушерским и перинатальным осложнениям у беременных с аллогенным плодом, а также факторы, способные влиять на них.
Обобщены имеющиеся современные данные по акушерским и перинатальным осложнениям у беременных с аллогенным плодом, проанализированы биологические предпосылки их возникновения, особенности функционирования фетоплацентарного комплекса у таких пациенток, а также освещена тема психологического статуса беременной с аллогенным плодом и потенциальное влияние его на течение беременности, родов и послеродового периода.
Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов.
