Ибупрофен как жаропонижающий и обезболивающий препарат в педиатрической практике (обзор литературы)

Ибупрофен, наряду с парацетамолом, является препаратом выбора для снижения температуры и обезболивания у детей и относится к лекарствам, которые в большинстве стран мира, в частности в Украине, продаются без рецепта и могут применяться пациентами дома без осмотра врача. Понятно, что такое применение предполагает наличие значительных преимуществ перед потенциальными рисками. В частности, важным условием «домашнего» использования медицинских препаратов является скорость действия, отсутствие тяжелых побочных эффектов, низкая токсичность, хорошая совместимость с другими лекарствами и широкий терапевтический коридор. Ибупрофен отвечает этим основным требованиям, поэтому и относится к наиболее часто применяемым молекулам в педиатрической практике.
Дискутабельным остается вопрос самостоятельного применения препаратов на основе данной молекулы родителями для снижения температуры у детей при острых респираторных заболеваниях, ведь бытует мнение относительно негативного влияния снижения температуры на иммунную защиту больного.
В начале пандемии COVID-19 вообще поднимался вопрос о негативном влиянии снижения температуры ибупрофеном на прогноз заболевания, вызванного вирусом Sars-Cov-2.

Именно вопросам оценки соотношения «польза — риск» для молекулы ибупрофена посвящен этот литературный обзор.
Длительный опыт широкого использования, численные исследования, систематические обзоры и метаанализы доказывают безопасность, эффективность и хорошую переносимость ибупрофена в сравнении с другими, в том числе безрецептурными анальгетиками. Текущие исследования демонстрируют, что его прием может выходить далеко за пределы привычного купирования боли и лихорадки при распространенных клинических ситуациях у детей. Ибупрофен не только безопасен для детей в стандартных дозировках, но также является намного более безопасным во время случайной или умышленной передозировки по сравнению с другими анальгетиками, которые могут оказаться смертельными при неправильном использовании.
Таким образом, общее соотношение «польза — риск» при применении ибупрофена для контроля боли и лихорадки у детей остается позитивным.
