Безопасность применения препарата Канефрон® Н в терапии инфекций мочеполовых путей в период І триместра беременности

Инфекции мочевых путей (ИМП) входят в число наиболее частых бактериальных инфекций, особенно во время беременности. Канефрон® Н (Бионорика СЕ, Германия) является фитопрепаратом, оказывающим комплексное действие на мочевыделительную систему, в том числе мочегонное, спазмолитическое, противовоспалительное, антибактериальное и нефропротекторное действие. 
 

Цель исследования: оценка безопасности применения препарата Канефрон® Н в период І триместра беременности в терапии ИМП. 
 

Материалы и методы. Это было ретроспективное многоцентровое исследование, в котором оценивали эффекты Канефрона® Н у 384 женщин, принимавших данный растительный препарат во время І триместра беременности (в период с 2004 по 2009 год) и чьи беременности завершились рождением живого ребенка. Конечными точками оценки в этом исследовании было наличие врожденных дефектов развития у новорожденных. 
 

Результаты. Не выявлены достоверные различия частоты врожденных дефектов развития у новорожденных, чьи матери принимали Канефрон® Н в І триместре беременности, в сравнении с национальными статистическими данными популяции в г. Киеве за тот же период. Большинство новорожденных (> 65%), чьи матери получали Канефрон® Н в І триместре беременности, имели оценку по шкале Апгар 8 баллов и более, что свидетельствует об отличном профиле безопасности. 
 

Заключение. Результаты нашего исследования свидетельствуют о том, что применение Канефрона Н в І триместре беременности не был ассоциирован с какими-либо тератогенными, эмбриотоксическими или фетотоксическими воздействиями на плод.
