Тяжелые рецидивирующие и хронические инфекции — основное клиническое проявление почти всех форм первичных иммунодефицитов. Хотя большинство инфекций ассоциируется з различными типами врожденных иммунодефицитов, описана генетически детерминированная склонность к специфическим возбудителям. Знание особенностей инфекционного синдрома при различных иммунодефицитах позволяет своевременно и правильно установить диагноз врожденного иммунодефицита и начать адекватною терапию.
