The paper presents the study and evaluation of the effectiveness of the algorithm for the management of patients with chronic endometritis (CE) and impaired reproductive function (secondary infertility, habitual miscarriage), designed to meet the multi-vector pathogenesis of CE. It is proved that staged treatment with sequential elimination of infectious factors antibiotic wide profile against the background of the enzyme preparation, which contains a fibrinolytic – streptokinase (15000 IU) and proteolytik – streptodornase (1250 IU), restoring the balance of vitamin D, the correction of LPO and AOS by stimulating natural antioxidant systems and the application of exogenous antioxidants (drugs Ziman and Enat 400), restoring the functional state of the endometrium by applying the micronized progesterone in the second phase of the MC on the background of repeated use of the enzyme preparation, allows you to restore reproductive function in women with CE as a whole set of parameters for assessing the effectiveness of (offensive and wearing out pregnancy in infertility and habitual miscarriage) in 81.0% of cases with 34.6% under the condition of traditional regimens.

Key words: habitual miscarriage, secondary infertility, LPO–AOD, Ziman, Enat 400, natural vitamin E, vitamin D.
