The objective: working out and introduction of treatment-and-prophylactic actions at women with repeated preeclampsia.


Patients and methods. By us it has been spent clinical-gemostaziological inspection of 150 patients. The retrospective group was made by 60 women with preeclampsia and-or fetus loss in the anamnesis. The retrospective group is divided into 2 subgroups: a subgroup I – 30 patients with fetus loss at which preeclampsia took place till 29 weeks; a subgroup II – 30 patients, which delivery from 29 till 34 weeks in connection with begun preeclampsia.

Prospective group consisted of 60 patients with PE in history, have been examined and consulted on as part of the retrospective. Of these 60 patients 30 women (subgroup Ia) prepared for pregnancy and lead to the early timing of delivery and the postpartum period, other 30 women (subgroup IIa) has appealed to the gestational age 6-13 weeks.


Results. the early beginning of therapy low-molecular heparine at patients prospective groups has allowed to improve perinatal outcomes of delivery. At all patients not complicated current of pregnancy and favorable perinatal outcomes took place.


Conclusion. For optimisation of conducting the following pregnancy and possibility of the timely beginning of the adequate preventive therapy, with preeclampsia in the anamnesis it is necessary for all patients to conduct research of system of a hemostasis in the anamnesis on presence of the genetic and got forms of trombofilia. A successful current of pregnancy at the given group of patients, and also favorable perinatal outcomes against antitrombical therapies can testify about aetiopatogenetical roles of infringements trombofilical orientations at patients with repeated preeclampsia.
