State new-born at the different methods of delivery

To study the state new-born in an early newborn period at the different methods of delivery. Methods and results. Basic group of children, children who were born through the birth canal made 60 persons, the comparison group (n= 84), in pelvic presentation, were born through a way caesarian sections, and control group of children after physiological births in breech presentation (n=25). It is set that children which give birth conservatively in breech presentation have a low estimation on the scale of Apgar. The traumatic damages of humeral belt (plekxitis) were observed for 7 (11.6%) children, bear with the use of classic hand method. Complications at new-born in group of caesarian section and natural births depend on the other factors of untraumatic genesis and adaptation possibilities.
