Second detoxication phase genes polymorphism in preterm amniotic membranes rupture genesis

The results of glutation-S-thansferase polymorphism study of pregnant with preterm membrane rupture is considered in the article. The role of homozygote mutations of second detoxication stage enzymes as a independent factor of preterm membrane rupture is proved. Possible pathogenic ways of this influence and following study perspectives are discussed.
