This condition is called a missed abortion.

The objective: the hematological parameters of endogenous intoxication in severly in the early stages of pregnancy.

Patients and methods. We extended prounoun indicators of the General analysis of blood of 60 women with the missed abortion at the early stages of pregnancy, 30 women with progressive pregnancy in the early stages and in 30 healthy non-pregnant women. Studied integral hematological indexes (leukocyte index of intoxication and hematological index of intoxication) and protein fractions of blood serum in pregnant women with missed abortion in the early stages of pregnancy.

Results. Demonstrated that the above-mentioned parameters in pregnant women with the missed abortion at the early stages of pregnancy significantly different from the corresponding numbers in women with physiological course of pregnancy in the first trimester and non-pregnant women.

Conclusions. It was found that for pregnant women with frozen in early pregnancy typical medium serious level of endogenous intoxication and significant dysproteinemia.
