Considering the analysis of literary data, our own clinical observations in comparison with European recommendations the peculiarities of clinical development of inflammatory diseases of genitals, conditioned by Chlamydia infections, have been pointed out and approaches to their diagnostics and treatment have been revalued.

Key words: inflammatory diseases of genital chlamydia, diagnosis and treatment.
