The frequency of premature rupture of membranes and extending of dry period is marked in two times higher. Born in a state of severe asphyxia 12.1% of children of mothers with ARI versus 6.2% without ARI (p<0.05), with malnutrition — 31.3% and 25.7%, respectively (p<0.05). Among the syndromes of dysadaptation of newborns and ARI in their mother more often were observed neurological disorders, respiratory distress syndrome, conjugation jaundice, gastrointestinal disorders.
