Optimisation of tactics of treatment of infringements menstrual functions against chronic inflammatory processes of reproductive system at multigiving birth women

The objective: increase of efficiency of treatment of infringements menstrual functions against chronic inflammatory processes of reproductive system at multigiving birth women on the basis of studying clinical-endocrinological, immunological and microbiological changes, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions.


Patients and methods. Had been surveyed 100 multigiving birth patients with various infringements menstrual functions against chronic inflammatory process of reproductive system which have been divided on two groups: 1 group – 50 multigiving birth women who received the standard treatment-and-prophylactic actions; 2 group – 50 multigiving birth women treated by an advanced technique. Control group have made 50 gynecologic and somatical healthy women of reproductive age with 1–2 labours in the anamnesis.


Results. Use of the algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions improved by us at multigiving birth women allows to raise efficiency of treatment of infringements menstrual function and restoration of reproductive function at the expense of effective correction microbiological, immunological and dyshormonal infringements.


Conclusion. The received results allow us recommend such approach in practical public health services for preservation of reproductive function of women.
