Purpose — analysis and evaluation of the impact of modern technology on the level of perinatal-morbidity for children. 
 

Materials and methods. The analysis of the incidence of children depending on the technology upgrade perinatal services. Applying the method of epidemiological analysis, statistical, graphical images. 
 

Results. In the recent years in Ukraine perinatal services has been reoriented into evidence-based practice and evidence-based management. The introduction of the modern perinatal technologies to the health care sphere allowed reducing of maternal and neonatal perinatal pathologies and also infants and pre-school age children morbidity, at the time of maintaining of the negative tendency of the incidence of disease in children in the age of 7-14 and 15–17 years. It is marked the sufficient influence power of the introduction of modern perinatal technologies on reduction of neonatal newborns morbidity, infants and children in the age from 0 till 6 years by certain conditions which are arising in the perinatal period, — OR 95% CI 0.45 (0.45–0.46 ), 0.39 (0.39–0.39) and 0.45 (0.45–0.46), respectively; infants of the first year of life with respiratory diseases — VSH 95% CI 0.8 (0.79–0.82), of the blood and blood-forming organs and certain disorders involving the immune mechanism — OR 95% CI: 0.46 (0.46–0.47). 
 

Conclusions. The reorientation of the health care sphere into the modern perinatal technologies resulted in the positive tendency of perinatal pathology and morbidity in infants and pre"school age children.
