Features patogenesise of osteoporosis at women with natural menopause

The objective: to study in whey of blood level of vitamin D3, osteocalcytonine, calcytonine, pratheroydal hormone and to study their interrelation depending on age, osteosinging and an osteoporosis.

Patients and methods. Is put in work basis the analysis of clinical supervision over 150 patients at the age from 50 till 70 years with natural menopause, which have been divided into three groups taking into account age of women.

Results. Results of the spent researches testify to an essential role of changes of concentration of vitamin D3, osteocalcytonine and calcytonine in patogenesise of osteoporosis at women with natural menopause. These parametres are the most informative in forecasting of development of a climacteric syndrome at a natural pause.

Conclusion. The received results are necessary for considering by working out of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
