The article presents current data about the features of pathogenesis, clinics and treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women. The results of moderate gestational iron deficiency anemia treatment in the III trimester of pregnancy by iron (III) hydroxide sucrose complex drug for the intravenous administration were described.
