Features of a functional condition fetoplacental complex at women with extra-uterine pregnancy in anamnesis

The objective: studying of a functional condition fetoplacental complex at women with extra-uterine pregnancy in anamnesise.


Patients and methods. Clinical-functional and laboratory investigation of 50 patients which pregnancy after extra-uterine pregnancy, and 25 – it is independent and 25 – owing to use of auxiliary reproductive technologies is carried. Control group have made 30 obstetrical and somatical women first-labours, delivery through natural patrimonial ways.


Results. Рregnancy and childbirth at women who have transferred extra-uterine pregnancy is enough an actual scientific problem. Thus at pregnant women of this group, especially after auxiliary reproductive technologies develops placentary insufficiency mixted genesise (microcirculation infringements, endocrinological insufficiency and high level microbic), the basic ehografical which displays begin from 18–20 weeks and progressively accrue up to delivery.


Conclusion. High level obstetrical and perinatal pathologies caused, first of all, infringements in system mother-placenta-fetus that is the reason of high frequency abdominal delivery.
