Modern statistical studies point to a steady increase in the number of women with hyperplastic processes of uterus . Hyperplastic uterine processes are the most common diseases of the female genital organs. Among the risk factors for their occurrence along with heredity a leading role is played by environmental factors and violation of metabolic homeostasis of the organism. An important risk factor is obesity, especially when it is combined with diabetes and hypertension. For the task the modern methods were used, namely: individual instrumental examination (US) and rheovasohepatography, also the clinical and paraclinical analysis of case records of the gynecological department of the Regional Perinatal Center of 50 women with uterine fibroids aged 35 to 45 years was conducted. The obtained results allowed to note that women with uterine fibroids on the background of obesity observed significant dysfunction of hepato-biliary system, which is closely related to the severity of dishormonal violations, where deep affection of hepatocytes may be irreversible, requiring correction by including pathogenic drugs with hepatoprotective and antioxidant effects.

Key words: uterine fibroids, diseases of hepato-biliary system reovazohepatohrama.
