Results of the spent researches testify that obstetrical and perinatal outcomes delivery at multipara pregnancy depend on type horial borns. Thus at monohorial diamniotical twins above risk of premature birth and perinatal pathologies. The received results are necessary for considering by working out of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at multipara pregnancy.
