The article presents the data of differential morphological study of placentas in the premature in the premature abruption of placenta. It is proved that pregnancy complications retrohorial hematoma in the early stages of gestation causes the development of involution and compensatory changes in the placenta. For placentas by premature detachment of placenta characterized by lower vascularisation terminal villas, insufficient gestational rearrangement of the spiral arteries, endovascular cytotrophoblast smaller share in the deciduas plate, sclerosis terminal villas, which characterizes the development of placental insufficiency. Lack of cytotrophoblast invasion, morphological features which are found in the placenta, is the most important pathogenesis’ factor of placental insufficiency. Characteristic of placenta abruption is the premature severity involutive, degenerative changes as a consequence of long-term disease of the placenta due to the development of compensatory-adaptive reactions. The presence of leukocyte and lymphocyte infiltration deciduas plate in gestational age 22–27 weeks of evidence in favour of the rising infection that can be caused by complications during the early periods of gestation interruption to form retrochorial hematoma.
