Purpose. Early detection calcium-phosphorus provide violations in children with food allergy (FA) manifestations by analyzing of the anamnestic datafeatures, their importance and role in the diagnostic process with the establishment of the most informative parameters.

 

Materials and Methods. Examined 150 childr en with FA and sensitization to cow's milk proteininage from 1 to 3 years of observations in the two groups: 1) I group — children with manifestations of FA and hypocalcemia (n=56), 2) II group-children with FA without manifestations of hypocalcemia (n=94). The level of total calcium and inorganic phosphorus in serum were investigated. Genealogical data, allergichistory, peri-, neo- and post-neonatal period of life of children wereanalyzed. 

 

Results. Relatives of one line of children in group 1 is 2.2 times more common allergic skin diseases (atopic dermatitis, urticaria), and 1.4 times allergic airway disease (seasonal allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis and asthma) (P<0,05). Mothers of children in group 1 to 4 times more frequently recorded bad habits (diagnostic coefficient — 3.2; informative — 0.820) (Р<0,05), 1.5 times the number of cases of extragenital and genital diseases of inflammatory origin (Р<0,05), 1.3 times-gestosis of 1-stand 2-nd half of pregnancy, abortion, pathology at birth (P<0,05). After the birth of children in group 1 observations 4 times more frequent in fetal malnutrition degree I (diagnostic coefficient — 5.5; informative — 0.824) (Р<0,05), 2.5 times more likely — neonatal jaundice (diagnostic coefficient — 3.0; informative — 0.806) (Р<0,05) and local formsof in flammatory diseases (diagnostic coefficient — 3.1; informative — 0.818) (Р<0,05), whichhad a directcorrelation with hypocalcemia (ρ = +0,884, +0,803, +0,765, respectively) (P<0,05). Character — feeding group 1-hypoallergenic diet and early transfer to artificial feeding .

Conclusion. A history in young children with food allergies are informative and diagnostically significant signs of disturbance calcium-phosphorus ensure skeletal system and should be used in the diagnosis of osteogenesis disorders.
