Холестатичний гепатоз вагітних

У статті висвітлюють етіологію, клінічні прояви, лабораторні показники патології вагітних – холестатичний гепатоз (внутрішньопечінковий холестаз вагітних). Наведені дані літератури щодо факторів ризику виникнення цього захворювання, його наслідки для вагітної та плода, а також основні клінічні рекомендації щодо ведення вагітних та післяпологового періоду.
