У статті представлені принципи формування цитологічних заключень за результатами ПАП-тесту відповідно до термінологічної системи Бетесда 2014 року і кореляція їх із заключеннями за іншими класифікаціями цитологічних висновків.

Ключові слова: рак шийки матки, цервікальний скринінг, традиційна цитологія, рідинна цитологія, ПАП-тест, The Bethesda system.
