У статті наведено огляд літератури за результатами сучасних досліджень щодо поширеності у дітей захворювань, спричинених β-гемолітичним стрептококом групи А (Streptococcus pyogenes), їх клінічних проявів, інформативних методів діагностики, ефективних способів терапії та профілактики; перспективи створення імуногенних і безпечних вакцин проти даного мікроорганізму.

 

Ключові слова: діти, бета-гемолітичний стрептокок групи А, терапія, антибіотики, профілактика.
