Некоторые аспекты роли химиотерапии в лечении больных с рецидивирующим раком яичников

В настоящее время подход к лечению рецидива рака яичников является мультимодальным. Основная роль в терапии принадлежит двум методам: хирургическому и лекарственному. На сегодняшний день вопросы, касающиеся тактики, этапности и длительности лечения, а также оптимальных схем химиотерапии, остаются нерешенными. В современных клинических условиях апробируется множество новых препаратов, изучается эффективность их комбинации. В статье приведены литературные данные о применении различных химиотерапевтических препаратов в терапии рецидива рака яичников и их эффективности.
