Молекулярно-биологические и генетические индукторы изменения слизистой оболочки эндометрия при наружном генитальном эндометриозе

В статье описаны основные теории патогенеза эндометриоза. Изложен современный подход к механизмам развития эутопического эндометрия у пациенток с эндометриозом и эндометриоидных гетеротопий, включающих изменения в экспрессии индукторов адгезии, инвазии, ангиогенеза, гормональных индукторов, рецептивности и индукторов иммунитета.

Определены отличия здорового эндометрия, эндометрия пациенток с эндометриозом и эндометриоидных гетеротопий. Результаты исследований по этой теме способствуют расширению знаний о патогенезе эндометриоза, своевременному выявлению возможных лечебных мишеней и, кроме того, эффективности методов ранней диагностики и прогнозирования течения данной патологии.
