В данной публикации освещаются важные факторы, характеризующие аутоиммунный патогенез, диагностику, клиническое течение и методы лечения системной красной волчанки. Многочисленные исследования свидетельствуют, что оптимальный контроль активности данной патологии, тщательное планирование беременности в сочетании с многопрофильным мониторингом и лечением существенно снижают риск для матери и ребенка.
