Сложность и разнообразие патологии, при которой применяется феминизирующая генитопластика, требуют мультидисциплинарного похода и работы опытной команды. Продолжается дискуссия относительно показаний, возраста проведения и вида генитопластики у больных с нарушениями полового развития. В статье показаны разные виды нарушений полового развития, а также современные техники и результаты феминизирующей хирургии.

Ключевые слова: нарушения полового развития, фемінізуюча генитопластика, вагинопластика, клиторопластика, перинеопластика.
