The objective: frequency decrease perinatal pathologies at various anomalies patrimonial activity on the basis of improvement of algorithm diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and forecasting actions.

Patients and methods. We survey 400 woman with first labour including 100 women in childbirth with physiological patrimonial activity (1 group); 100 women with the pathological preliminary period (2 group); 100 women with weakness of patrimonial activity (3 group) and 100 women with dyscoordination of patrimonial activity (4 group). Women of 2-4 groups have been divided into subgroups depending on a variant of used treatment-and-prophylactic actions.

Results. The results of the study suggest that the various embodiments anomalies of labor activity (pathological preliminary period, weakness and discoordination labor) are interconnecting processes that lead to a high rate of perinatal losses (intrapartum asphyxia) and postnatal morbidity (posthypoxic enetsefalopatiya, various neuropathies).

Conclusion. Results of the spent researches testify to importance of a scientific problem – perinatal pathology at various variants of anomalies of patrimonial activity. Use of the algorithm improved by us forecasting and treatment-and-prophylactic actions allows to improve perinatal results at women of group of high risk that is the basis for wide use in practical public health services.

Key words: anomalies patrimonial activity, preventive maintenance, forecasting.
